Looking for Great Customer Service Look no more, Kym and Mike have gone over and above with customer service. They Made a dream of mine come true. I cannot thank them enough for the Hard Work and Great Support on my Project. They came out with ideas that made my project much stronger, affordable and able to make a profit when I do start selling my Units. This is by fare one of the best Customer Experience I have ever had and recommend them to Friends Family and even Google Reviews : ) Give them a try you wont be disappointed

Just left the building very disappointed. We got a rough quote over the phone for a boat windshield and towed our boat 2 hrs to get there only to find out the "quote" went up by 250%!!! Kym was arguing with the technician and was completely making up her prices. We were told that she could easily get us the material for 50$ and when I went inside to purchase the material, it was now almost 100$!

Kym was a very nice lady, but their customer service on location was extremely poor. They couldn't even agree on the product they were trying to sell.

Unfortunately, we took our business somewhere else after wasting 4hrs of travel and 80$ in gas.

Really positive experience, very honest.

I needed a small quantity of sintra strips with specific measurement. Kim took the time to explain to me the product I needed only came in full sheets which would give me about 5 times the amount of strips I needed. However, the price was good and it was easy to get the specific cut I wanted, so I agreed to it When I got to the store, as I needed to check the fitting of my product before having the sheet cut, she informed me that she found a left over cut and could make the product I needed from it instead a buying a full sheet. This ended up costing me about half the price (win win situation). I was delighted. Kim was very nice and very accommodating.

Kym has been very helpful and will always do her best to accommodate your needs and also fulfill tight deadlines! She's the one that runs the show and I'm glad that I ran into her business and the best part is she's local, you can't beat that! If you need special fabrications or something made or cut she can do it all...

Used them for a small project I was working on where I needed a single pane of acrylic to cover a 40cmX60cm box. Talked over e-mail and they were very considerate and took the time to answer all my questions in detail, even though my order wasn't very large. My order was ready within the week, no hassle and no unexpected charges. Would use their services again.

Great place, prices and customer service.
Went there to get a plexiglass sheet to cover my easily scratched dining room table. Quote was about 10% less than what big box stores would take, and includes de-burring the edges.

Will need another for our office table soon, and will definitely choose them for the job.

I have used Plas-Tech for multiple ICD order(vortex, and plug).

They did a great job on a heat bend 6' wide boat windshield,using my old crazed unit,for a mold it came out perfectly and has seen 2 yrs. Service now. Great ppl. To talk to,they listen to customers.
