The experience was a solid 2 out of 5 stars. The best part of the meal was the view. I ordered deep fried cod and a chef salad. As you can see from the photos the accuracy can be improved. I recieved a Caesars salad instead. I was too hungry to send it back. Turkey dressing, chips, chef salad(caesar salad), deep fried cod, glass of milk and a can of coke. $26.69. The restaurant was not busy and the speed of service was adequate. The staff were friendly. The cleanliness of the premises was adequate as well. I will likely not eat here again but if I do the restaurant may redeem itself. Hopefully I just went there on an off day.

Now, I love this life. We have a precious moment here that should be cherished. Every breath is accounted for when grace abides in the soul. All this being said: do NOT get the poutine with the works or whatever it is. The bacon was abysmal, the dressing was foul, and the green onions & banana peppers, which are usually a blessing to any dish, turned the poutine into an old memory that keeps you up at night, festering, laying eggs.

I have never had a poutine that made me sad until that day.

The pizza was pretty good, though, big slices for a decent price.

I ate at both these places! Great place and great food! Friendly staff! Our Club Sandwich was so good! The view of the water was so lovely, we stayed and had a second drink choice!
I had hot salted caramel mocha and my friend had iced coffee.

Nice little restaurant and pizza joint. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We are new to the area and have had food from here twice already. Would recommend 10/10. Any complaints about cleanliness is out of pity. Seemed to be very clean and welcoming to me. Also a great view for dine in customers. Thank you for the awesome first experience! We will be regulars 🙂

One worker was giving me and my cousins so much attitude for no reason, one reason was that we couldn’t put up the chair recliner even tho it’s a welcoming place apparently. 1 star

We went here at 12:30pm on a Monday and the place was completely empty which we thought was surprising. The food was amazing and our bill was only $30 for both of us. Hard to find a meal for 2 for that price these days. The view was great and the staff was super friendly. We will definitely be back!

Ordered a $40 cake days earlier then the party. Cake was not made on time , had to come back numerous times to check. Tasted good but seemed to be rushed together last minute as there wasn't much filling inside.

Would suggest calling ahead of time to make sure your order is ready.

First time ordering here, hopefully next time is better.

Visiting from Ontario a few days ago. My nephew and wife from NL, my daughter & boyfriend and myself went to have something to eat. Ordered, waited for a bit. Everyone's order but 1 showed up. Was told the missing order would be right there. Waited, then told a few minutes. Waited, and apologies for forgetting the order. Food was overcooked, dry, expensive and for what you paid, you really didn't get a lot. If you are visiting Botwood, I wouldn't recommend this place.
