EDIT Changed my 2 star to 1 star. They lost my part i ordered and cant find it.

Overall not impressed. Stay far away from this company summerside or Stratford

I stopped by today literally 1 minute before closing on a Friday trying to track down a bearing for a dump trailer as I broke down on the side of the road. I didn’t get the parts personas name but he was amazing at helping figure out what part I needed. Then he made a connection to a person who had it in stock (JD doesn’t carry that part) and would open his store to help get me going! This was outstanding service! Thank you so much!

Was on a weekend bike trip and a bracket broke on my bike. Not a single welding shop open to help with a repair. Called the service department on a hope and a prayer they would be able to help. As fellow riders themselves, they enthusiastically welcomed me in to their shop, we pulled the bracket off the bike, their welder had me fixed up and back on the road in a half hour...! These guys are setting the benchmark for customer service. Thank you guys! 6 stars

I bought a lawn mower from a nice man named Andrew. I went back today 3 months later to look at snowmobiles. Andrew was with another customer but he said hello to us and called me by my name. I couldn't believe he remembered my name after 3 months. It's funny because it made me feel important and now I will shop there all the time. Also, the gentleman (Robin) in the office beside Andrew, made sure we were taken care of and was very genuine and kind. I just felt it was a good place! -Dave
