They’re so professional and genuinely wanna help you out to e best they can. I had my RV broken down in the middle of highway driven by a friend and even tho im in Vancouver they really helped me out the best they could to get the problem resolved.

My off the grid Lakehouse relies on a propane generator for everything. A Saturday morning failure received a Tuesday morning service call. Pretty quick service. Jason, the service manager, was great to deal with. Lots of communication and updates. (which is so badly lacking these days.) Thanks for the great service. Five days from failure to resolution is pretty good under these circumstances. Ryan deserves credit for his methodical and professional approach and his easy going attitude makes him a pleasure to work with. This was my second experience with Black Diamond and if disaster strikes again, they’ll get the call. Kenn.

I personally have had Black Diamond mechanical and welding work on a few of my vehicles over the last year. One time was because my Air conditioning wasn’t working and another time for a rear diff leaking and both times, they were quick to diagnose the issues and fix it while keeping me informed during the process. I was booked in and out with in a day or two.
I find all the mechanics I dealt with to be very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommended them!

Horrible service! We took our commercial truck here for a regular inspection and got a $3800 bill for them chasing an ABS light. They did not let us know before they did anything. They just did it and charged us. They took almost 20 hours to find the ABS light. I would not recommend going here. Worse service ever! We just took our other truck to another shop for inspection got a $115 bill.
