BE CAREFUL❗️
We bought two chest freezers from Nella which are distributed by Celco for around 7000 dollars thinking that we are buying good reliable products but they were falling apart like toys one by another and one of them is not working at all which you can see in pics I have kept in the van to garbage it. Because Shamie from Celco blamed us saying that we broke it by throwing things on it which is not covered under warranty. After Blaming us that we mishandled machines we asked them to come at our store and have a look at other machines not bought from you are working really well. Even the plastic to hold and pull is leaving the glue behind was out. And they always refused to cover it under warranty saying that they don’t cover these under warranty if you want them fixed spend money. Below are the pictures attached. Do you really think someone will break their things intentionally after spending around 7000 bucks.. I feel helpless and will say if you value your money then be careful before buying.

Very impressed! Chef Helen was amazing to work with. She was very informative and patient with us as we tested a number of items in our new speed oven. I was glad to have an expert walk us through the process. We look forward to having Helen visit us again when we are ready to expand the menu!

They don't deserve even one star for their service. we have got Ice O Matic machine had issue with it from first day, got the tech on site after 3 days (it was opening day of our new store). again within two weeks it stop working and we did not get the technician fourth day until couple of calls. if you want their service on weekend for the machine under full warranty you pay for the overtime charge of the technician (approx. 150/hr.). if you are ready to pay, the tech they have deployed says they don't have part so they can not guarantee if they can fix the machine.
