I brought my computer in on the recommendation from a co worker and this shop did not disappoint. The owner worked on my computer that night and called me as soon as it was done as I told him I desperately needed it for work. He was transparent and fair with the repair and explained exactly what the issues were. Thank-you for the excellent service.

I was with my son at the Kelly's hair shop next door and I decided to go into the Gaming/Computer store next door to check it out. The owner was extremely nice and talked with my son the whole time showing him all about tabletop gaming. Apparently they will host birthday parties as well and he even got a free pack of magic the gathering cards. It was refreshing to see my son get excited about something other than video games. We will be having his next birthday party there for sure.

I Called them today as this store came up when I was looking up where to sell my computer. The lady who answered was kind and helpful. I was asked to bring it in, and if everything was like I said over the phone they would pay the agreed upon price. I was there for 4 minutes before I was getting the money for my laptop:) very easy, quick, and kind experience.

Lots of selection and a fun vibe, I always enjoy chatting with the owner each year I visit. Always willing to make a deal, I've literally never gotten discounts of Warhammer anywhere else like here. A highlight of visiting Sudbury for me (super-gaming nerd that I am).

Speaking for the tabletop gaming side, the staff are knowledgeable and passionate about the games they sell, and have a good amount of stock if you're looking for something in particular. Normally a few customers around for a pickup game of Warhammer or Xwing.

A short tale of my Experiance and why I won't be procuring my PC from Ron's. I went to the address listed online. First warning should have been the different business name signage in the store. Walked inside one grumpy older individual was sitting behind a PC. "Is this Ron's computers" Yeah was the only response no can I help, no what do you need no what are you looking for just a Curt "Yeah" no eye contact and no engagement.

I used to be a frequent table top RPGer in my teenage years and then again when I lived in Toronto. I live in the country and was having a hard time finding a game. I’ve been itching for a good adventure and just played a Barbarian Hellfire Tiefling today under DM Jesse Jordan. He was telling us about Computer Nook Sudbury and how it supports and promotes the gaming community. Good on you!
