JR Security was recommended to me by a friend that had some work done at their office and they were happy with the service and equipment provided. I decided to use them as well on two townhouse complexes, one project was to replace an out dated system that didn’t work and the other was to install a completely new system as there were no cameras on site.

The daily communication between JR and myself was great, the products that they used are top notch and the price was competitive.

At the end of the projects, my clients and I were extremely happy with the service and staff that JR provided. We will definitely be using them again on Future Projects!

Our Family just had a very positive experience at JR Security Solutions from Fergus. Tim, their Sales Manager was very accommodating at getting our system installed prior to the Christmas Break and offered up solutions to best fit our needs and also made an onsite visit prior to us accepting the job. They made 2 separate visits, as they were waiting on a part, but wanted to get us up and running. Their communication was great throughout the process. Their main Technician Brad was obviously very skilled at his job and offered up the best placements for the gear. He also took us through setting up the system on our phone apps as well as showing us the many features of the main panel. Mike was there for the main set up and is obviously skilled at the trade as well. The two worked very well and efficiently together. Would definitely recommend this company for your security needs.
