I’ve always believed in dealing local if possible vs. the big box stores. Denomy’s not only took the time to understand my needs during the selection process but also beat the best price of a big box store. I opted to do a self-install. Chris was very helpful when I returned with a few questions. I’m very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend, at the very least, giving Denomy’s an opportunity to earn your business.

Bought a 65” tv from Denomy’s the other day, but they did not have a sound system that I was interested in, so I bought a sound system from a big box store here in Chatham. Now my situation was a little different as I wanted a tv and wall mount removed from my living room wall, my 55” tv from my recreation room brought to my living room and put on the wall with a new wall mount, then my new tv and sound system set up in my recreation room. The reason for this long story is because the large box store wanted $1100 to do this setup when Denomy’s only charged me 1/5 off that and I only bought half of equipment from them. I can’t thank the owner and his brother enough for the professional job they did and how they cleaned everything up when finished. Thanks again for the great job.

If you need a service from them, make sure you buy the product from them otherwise they basically just tell ya don't talk to me. Fine you don't want to make a few hundred bucks, great customer service.

My a/c went out at the hottest time. These guys delivered and installed in my third floor walk up. No way could I carry it by myself but these guys had new one in and old one gone in less than 5minutes. Plus they delivered it after hours just to ensure I wouldn't suffer in the 93degrees my bedroom was currently at. Can not thank them enough

I was looking for a thru the wall air conditioner. After looking on line and visiting many retailers, found that very few retailers sold thru- the wall air conditioners in their brick and mortar locations. Had to order online. Delivery could take up to 15 days. So finally I went to Denomy's and purchased a 12000 btu Comfort Air thru the wall unit which they had in stock. They brought the unit out to my car and, when we found the box to be a little to large to fit in the back of my hatchback, they unpacked it for me. otherwise I would have had to drive home with the hatch open slightly even though it was only a short distance. The unit was easy to install and fit the wall sleeve perfectly. Best window or thru the wall air conditioner I have ever purchased! The only thing I could suggest is that they advertise the units on their website just as they do their audio and video equipment. Thanks Denomy"s for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE which is sadly lacking at many retailers today.

I had a fantastic experience buying a LG 65” tv from them. When I went into the store they had the exact model I was looking for in stock and their price on the shelf was already matching a sale price at Costco. Their customer service is amazing, they went out to their way to help me and treat me like a valued customer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my next TV or home audio and neither should you.
