Called and asked if it was possible to have an estimate on materials for a client, the lady who answered simply laughed out loud and said " uhm no".

Try to support local when I can, but I'll go to Rona or Lowes instead from now on.

Customer service and being polite goes a long way.

I tried calling to get a quote for a project I’m planning. The receptionist and the man I was forwarded to were both very rude and dismissive. I never even got a quote. The guy just hung up on me. If you are going to call them, make sure you know everything they have in stock because they do not have the patience to answer questions. I will be buying my lumber from Lahaie Lumber in Alban.
