This is the best trailer so far. I love building stuff, so it was a good way to practice my capabilities. It was easy to put together, and the steps were easy to follow. I was able to build it myself in less than 5 hours.

Recieved my kit and assembled it with no problem but it did not come with the NVIS form that is required here to register it. I have tried calling(left a message with no response) and filled out the online form 3 times..still no response from DK2...extremely poor customer service!

I never get anybody on the phone over the Internet email nothing you can’t buy nothing from Canada. If you’re in the United States they have to do it over the phone in the United States never has anything in stock. The worst company I have ever dealt with will never ever deal with them again Waste your money on something else besides this.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR QUALITY PRODUCT: I purchased one of DK2’s “Big Dump” electric wheelbarrows approximately 1 month ago. I was using it for light-use residential gardening work. On the 2nd day that I was using it, one of the rear wheel housings broke at the welds and sheared off, making the machine unusable. I was only carrying about 300 lbs of dirt in it at the time (the company advertises it at an 1100 lb. carrying capacity). The rear wheel housings are made of aluminum, and they have 2 vertical pieces welded to a horizontal piece of aluminum, but they are only welded on 1 side of the junctions of these pieces (very weak welds). These should be made from steel, and should be welded on both sides of the junctions. They are not on this electric wheelbarrow. I have been contacting DK2’s CUSTOMER SERVICE by phone, email, and online at their website for the past 3 weeks for warranty service and they WILL NOT RESPOND! The wheelbarrow is unusable without the rear wheels. I don’t know how this company has received 5-star reviews for customer service in the past, unless they are writing those reviews themselves, because I have had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THEM FOR THE PAST 3 WEEKS! This is a terrible company with poor products. BUYER BEWARE!!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE 1 OF THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN!!! PERMANENTLY DONE WITH DK2. Poor product quality, NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought this trailer and oh my gosh , it was so easy to assemble. It was my husband doing it all and me reading instruction. very pleased to having this trailer. We would recommend this trailer.

I have the Snow Bear Winter Wolf 88" snow plow, purchased in 2019. It's a great medium duty plow that gets the job done here in the Colorado Mountains. The assembly instructions were easy to follow. The electronics are straight forward to hook up to your vehicle. DK2 customer service has always been helpful when I need brackets for different vehicles. Thank you
