Tom - amazing guy. Was in a jam with new boat lift - called him Wednesday morning to discuss requiring longer legs for the lift. We discussed many options over 6-10 calls that day. Thursday morning I dropped a sample and he had done by end of day. 10/10 recommend to anyone in need of custom welding services! Thanks Tom for moving so quickly and genuinely taking an interest in helping me out with this problem.

Lots of promises with zero results, wasted an entire day to drive and meet the guy, made every promise possible with regards to custom aluminum gates, "he can do anything he said, if you can draw it, I can build it he said" well .... I drawn a square gate (square!!! Nothing special) and he said no problem, I'll have a price for you in a few hours, it is now 24 hours later, trying to call him and he is not even answering my calls. It wouldn't have been a problem if he only said he is not able to do any custom work as asked and I would've move on, but I wasted lots of time and promised my our client that I will have a quote for him and that I found a good welder, Mr. TOM, I am sorry to say that you are an amateur if you can't fabricate a square.

Amazing service and knowledge base. I had a renovation requiring structural steel work but didn't know anyone in the Collingwood area. At first, I was skeptical as there were no reviews on any of the welders in the area. The first company i called changed their availability without notice. So I reached out to Tom Fraser at Fusion Custom Welding, he came by for a site visit with the structural engineer, and was actually educating the engineer on different options for welding as well as the beam products available. I also had trouble getting approval from my condo board, and once again, Tom came through trying his best to accommodate this schedule delay. Highly recommended! Dr Jay, Toronto

Tom is an amazing person to have work done from, I would 100% suggest anyone to use this stop. even if its something they cant help you with, Tom is a respectful dude and will take the time out of his day to even properly educate or even guide you in the right direction
