The ice is not clean. The frost that accumulates in the bag ALWAYS leaves mystery floating debris in your water. I started rinsing the ice and draining it once before use, but then it still comes out of the actual cubes when they melt. I stopped buying this bagged ice and switched to a different brand for a while. I can no longer access that brand and had to switch back. Now I remember why I stopped buying this brand to begin with. Nothing has changed over the years. Disgusting!

Lady tried to tell me she wouldn't deliver to me cause my site made its own ice. Told her my ice machine was broken she told me "same thing". Would not deal With them if I didn't have too!
