Renée was a gold star employee for me and my 2 sisters. She was sweet, listened to us, and made thoughtful small talk. She was able to cut the long line down of another cashier by calling us over. This has been an amazing visit, and I loved my experience. 5/5 gold stars!!!

I pay on an average $300. per week at this grocery store and on Thursday mornings if I go early, there is only one cash open. That is the cash where you have 20 items or less. My cart is full so the cashier is not pleased to see me. If Sobey's can't open another cash at 8:30 in the morning, then I will take my business elsewhere.

Complained about packaging of a certain product (marked 900g but you only get 566g). Head office ignored me, Facebook page responded, but didn't follow up. Stay away from their toughton dough, they are ripping everyone off.

I had been having problems using one of my scene gift cards at other stores, it was a multi store card. Since I was having problems I asked before doing my shopping. The associate I spoke to wasn't sure so she got someone else that was able to verify that the card had a balance and since she could see the balance I would be able to use the card. So overall a great experience.

This is my favorite Sobeys/ grocery store in my area. Every worker I have encountered have been SO nice and SO helpful.
They offer my kids fruits and before I even need to ask, someone is asking me if I need help to find anything. They go out of their way of helping. And when they don’t have an item (I am dairy free) they help bring it in for me down the road.
I am just blown away with the customer service here and it will make me continue to shop here and tell my friends to go here as well!
Keep up the great work! And thank you for making my shopping trip a little less stressful with 2 young kids in tow!

Clean store and great produce and meat selection. The meat department is always very well organized. Prices on general grocery items are notably more expensive than Department stores so we shop around for sales. The Scene points plan is improved and appears to be catching up with PC Optimum rewards but still doesn't offer the same high rate of return on purchases.
