You can drop off bottles and cans with almost no waiting time. There is suitable parking, and the payment is given to you in cash after the drop-off. Although the amount you receive is small, knowing that these materials will be reused and returned to the production cycle gives you a good feeling, as you play a small role in protecting the environment.

I try to collect and bring recyclable items that this place accepts, such as cans, milk bottles, liquor bottles, etc. I suggest making the reception area for these items more attractive with some plants and having staff who welcome people with a smile.

The employee was incredibly rude. I tried to call today; Monday, July 1st., through video relay service because I am Deaf and they hung up on me. Tried to call back and they refused to pick up.

Very discriminational and unacceptable.

I had one of the worst service of these 3 years.

1. The staff order me to take cans out of box, honestly I understand why. Cause you thought dishonest people did not put enought to there, but we are all human can you talk in normal instead of commanding?

2. she keeps on telling me they don't take tin cans. I know that you have free drop off service, what's the issue for telling me you don't take them?

This is the only place in Langley that you should ever be taking your returnable recyclables. The facility is always clean, the line up could be five deep and it won't take more than a few minutes, but the best part are the people that work there.

They are friendly, fun and honest when it comes to your return. Other places in Langley will try to scam you by skimming from your total but definitely NOT this place. I will keep coming here for as long as it exists.

Show up with your bags organized and marked and you're in and out within moments. Reciepts show itemized bottle return so you know what each is worth.
Make sure to keep liquor and non separate they won't do both in the same bag.
Lots of space to organize there if you haven't already at home.
Has a spot to wash hands after, and the staff is professional.

I started using the Express drop off yesterday. I love it because I don't have to stand around and sort them lol. I was told it could be maybe 10 days to hear back. Nope, got my confirmation of bottles and money today. We are cleaning out a hoarding situation so we appreciate the fact there is no limit to drop offs
