Been a member for about 10 years. Very happy to have a post office box insude and safe to receive packages... Staff greet me, knowing who I am. One young man was about 16 when he started, and I have enjoyed witnessing his maturing into a lovely, energetic & highly respinsible staff regular over time.

I am disabled but ambulatory. There are comfortable chairs at the front entrance and at the rear by the pharmacy, which are really helpful if I get a bit tired. Food is overall about 4 out of 5 in quality, veggies are very good quality. Otter Co-op is definitely better priced and highly preferable to big-store price gouging dreck! The size of this store is perfect for a quick shop, but big enough that 90% of what we want are on the shelves at all times.

A big benefit for my husband and I is the huge parking lot and proximity. We live 2 minutes away by car, and my husband walks there to shop when his feet allow him to!

I am happy to spend my pennies here. Worth it to support a local chain. As an ex-pat American citizen, at this point all I can say is SHOP LOCAL, Canadians!!!

The store was incredibly accommodating we needed an impromptu pallet of food for our hens the store requires 3 days notice ahead of time for large orders such as that unaware of that they still allowed us to purchase the pallet. Incredibly polite staff and very friendly and helpful workers I really wish I could give it 10 Stars whether it's food or fuel this place is awesome and I had a blast. The corn and various grain also being worked on here on a small note smells incredibly delicious.

Prices could be better on pretty much all the products. It's actually cheaper everywhere else for most of the products there. I like the hardware side of the store. May not have everything you need, but it saves you time and gas for the convenience of the location

Good feed store, hell, the only one, as all other feed stores sell the Otter Coop feed.

But do NOT buy hay or straw from them. Their bundles are made up of all the leftovers, bits and pieces, when real bales are made.

While I've shopped at the main store and the gas bar for years (dare I say, decades) I'd never been into the feed store until last August when I started raising chickens and needed feed. They offer a discount for 10+ bags and the people load it into the truck for me. As with the staff in the store, I find the staff in the feed store friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer to a question, they know who to ask to get an answer. I find their prices competitive to other stores and, they make a lot of the feed on site. Buying local is always best.
