AVOID THIS STORE- without a doubt the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. We purchased a dining table set and the wrong table was delivered. After waiting 2 months for the correct table it came with used and damage chairs that weren’t even all the save size. After numerous promises from the store owner and waiting an additional 3 months he still wont deliver on his promises of giving us the chairs we purchased from this showroom. We still do not have the chairs. If you want the worst possible experience with buying your furniture this is the business for you

In order to share my experience I had to provide a minimum 1 star, but if I had the option I would've opted for 0 stars. As many of the other reviews have expressed I am exremely dissatisfied with the poor customer service provided by this store. I purchased a sectional that had a 5 year warranty and within the first 5 months the seats started to sag/collapse. It took 6 months of back and forth and finally their delivery drivers showed up claiming they were also service men able to repair the damage. They arrived and stated the damage was "physical body indentations" which they could not explain further what they meant by that confusing conclusion. They then proceeded to accuse me (55+ year old woman) of jumping/being aggressive on the couch. It took another 6 months of my time for me to try to call every other day to have the couch and issue ammended. However, they avoided further contact and did not get back to me. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone for purchasing good quality items as the quality of their furniture and customer service are both incredibly poor. I would advise everyone to post their reviews on every platform possible so that people save their money and are spared the headache of falsely advertised warranties and cheap quality furniture.

BUYER BEWARE!! We had bought about $4000 in furniture from them on Dec/2020. Recently, our sofa and love seats needed some warranty repair so I had emailed them the information and video of the issues in August of 2022. To this date their have been NO UPDATES. I’ve been brushed off with excuses as in, waiting for manufacture, owner is looking into it, etc. My last 2 recent phone calls to them ended up with them saying we’ll call you back and NOTHING. No call backs. I believe I’ve been patient and you would expect something to be resolved after 10 months of the original warranty claim. I have attached pics of a couple of the issues and you’ll see that it’s terrible. The cushioning on the recliners have sunk to the point where if u sit without an additional pillow or foam, you’ll end up sitting on the frame near your tailbone.
They will take your payment and promise everything but are not willing to provide even the slightest bit of decent customer service. Even their invoice states a 10yr warranty. I will be also reporting them to the BBB. I will do what is necessary to get this resolved but I do not wish this experience on anyone. Be careful with this company. I have reviewed a lot of things on Google but this has to be the worst. The two people that I have been trying to communicate/work with are Baldip and Karan.
Once again be careful everyone.

I visited the store as they advertised 90% off on furniture. But when I visit I found $1 worth stuff inflated to $12 then provide sale and priced at $3.. Too much pricey. I wasted 1 hour to visit the store.

Scam Alert

I purchased a Home Elegance Sectional Grey with Pull Out Bed and Storage Chaise from Aldergrove Furniture Warehouse, which came with a 10-year warranty. Unfortunately, the quality of the sectional is extremely poor. Within a short period, the springs started coming out, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to use.

Despite numerous attempts to contact the store over the past four months—both through phone calls and emails—I have received no response. The owners have refused to honor the warranty or provide any assistance in resolving this issue. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. I would not recommend Aldergrove Furniture Warehouse to anyone looking for reliable furniture and good customer service.

THEY DO NOT BACK WARRANTY!!
UPDATED REVIEW THREE YEARS LATER.couch is in horrible condition, can't even sit on two of the seats without falling in a crack, receipt states there is 5 year warranty on the frame but I have been ghosted 3 times by customer service.

Ordered a couch about 3 months ago, they initially had great service, delivery within 3 weeks. Until it showed up ( at 9pm) and was the wrong couch. They then insisted that I keep the wrong couch until they could get me the proper one. I told them that wasn't necessary and we would keep using our old couch. But no, they insisted that we keep the loaner.
Flash forward 2 months I've been phoning and phoning trying to find out about my new couch. No answers. Or excuses. Then finally after phoning over and over they schedule a delivery, the devliery guys didn't show up until 9:30 and then refused to take back the "loaner couch" saying it was "scratched and covered in dog hair" which is absolutely untrue. I made a point of keeping it very clean (FOR THE 3 MONTHS I KEPT IT), and had just checked over it before the delivery guys showed up. In my opinion they were being lazy and just wanted to go home for the evening.
It's been 2 weeks since that experience, and I have yet to get any information.
I am extremely dissapointed as I had paid for the more expensive, larger couch, and have yet to receive it. The couch I received only seats two, and has a console in the middle so I can't even sit beside my husband on the couch!

Couch was around 4 grand, nice material, comfortable, but it broke within the first week after my husband sat on it. He weighs 170 pounds so not a large man. The motor then gave out in one of the recliners. We have a 10 year warrentee but that all happened in March and its now August and has not been repaired. I'm not wowed.

Beware!

This company has terrible service, they will not call you back or get in touch with you after you have proceeded with the payment. I’ve been in touch with them for a year trying to get chairs fixed. I’ve been pushed away with excuses saying they are delayed. It’s been a year! This is completely unacceptable. From reading the reviews, I’ve realized that many other people are going through the same issue. They will sell you stuff and ensure you that they will fix anything that may come up, however, this is not the case. The owner will tell you that he will call you back but he never has done so. Horrible service!
