This place is a joke.. they over charge their clients for terrible service, they take forever to respond your emails or anything. When they switched ownership that’s when everything went downhill for this place and I know TONS of people who have left this place and we’re all traumatized by this place. On top of that, they had to tweak my basic income tax just so their office doesn’t get dinged by CRA which I didn’t know was a thing until my new accountant informed me! Do not go here, you’re better off somewhere else.

They just recently got taken over by another company, and I was charged almost $400 to get a basic tax return done when they had told existing clients that they weren't going to raise the costs. Last year I paid $200. They also didn't have an accountant go over anything with me.
