Wonderful welcoming space in a lovely setting for knitters and sewers - whether amateur or highly experienced. There’s a spacious sewing and cutting room for working on projects, lovely fabric to buy and delicious yarn too. Friendly advice is on tap and there are group sessions to join if you like. A treasure!

My kids took a learn to sew class here and it was amazing! Christine is a wonderful, patient teacher and she made sure everyone was safe, happy, learning, and having fun! Maker's Lodge is a beautiful store with amazing, high quality products, and the atmosphere is second to none, with great tea and relaxing vibes. Can't wait to go back!

My daughters and I did an Adult and Kid Sewing session. We came in with our fabric cut in and came out 3 hours later with 2 completed Tessuti aprons, with the invaluable help from Jodie who did marvels running with the apron's instructions and staystitching our fabric with the sergers.

Christine designed a wonderful wide space to make your projects, equipped with 2 thighs-hight fabric cutting tables, an ironing board, several sergers and Juki digital sewing machines, and all the thread and notion you'll need (clips, snippers, seam rippers...)

This store is an amazing place for people who love sewing or knitting. I have also placed lots of online orders. All fabric I received have amazing quality. On top the it, they delivered my orders right to my door in Ottawa. I can't ask any better service than that. Big thank you to Christine, for bringing quality products to the local makers.

Maker's Lodge is such a beautiful space. There is a huge selection of apparel fabrics, and the sewing space is so convenient. It's always fun to spend time with Christine the owner, and her guidance when choosing fabrics for various projects is always appreciated. This place is awesome!
