Le magasin est un superstore normal mais entièrement neuf.
Parfait sauf que certains légumes, les rayons sont toujours quasi vides (champignons et courgettes (zucchinis)). En plus il n'y a quasi que des anglophones, ceci n'est pas normal. Heureusement l'employé des caisses rapides (quand ce sont ses horaires de travail) parle français !
J'espère que tout ceci de résoudra rapidement.

Brand new build in a rapidly growing part of Dieppe. Everything is new, the store is extremely clean and is well lit.

The good:
- Brand new modern store
- New coloured shopping carts. Small carts are yellow, and large carts are red.
- New self checkout system with a vertical screen and different user interface, which is much more user-friendly and less clunky.
- Beer fridge with a reasonable selection of alcohol drinks.
- Helpful and friendly staff.
- Clean and easily accessible bathrooms.
- The shelves are well stocked and departments clearly indicated with signage

The bad:
- Smaller floor plan than the 2 other locations.
- Smaller floor plan means tighter aisles and a more congested front end/cash area.
- Less product selection and diversity.
- Smaller organic/health focused section.

When I visited this store at 09:30 this morning, it wasn't extremely busy. There may have been 30-35 people plus staff in the store, and it felt cramped. Due to the limited floorplan, aisles are narrower, and coming out of the aisles by the front end area is extremely tight, especially if another person is trying to access the aisle you are leaving from.

Despite the smaller footprint, this superstore is a well needed addition to a bustling part of town.

New store with good selection of products. Prices higher than expected. Enjoyed the variety of products but paying $10 for 7 oranges only to have moldy/rotten product is unacceptable. I will have to rethink shopping at this store again sadly.

It's in a convenient area in Dieppe next to I.G.A and Shoppers, so what one store doesn't have The Superstore should have. It's a bit smaller than the one near Champlain but it carries more or less the same varieties. I also see more promotions at this location so that really puts customer likeability in It's favour. All in all a great store.

The deli has ZERO fresh hot food after 1pm. Always the same person having nothing prepared

Yet Seth will gladly cook anything not prepared.

The others act as if I'm bothering them to have them do their job.

Train your fresh Canadian staff properly. They are lucky to be here.

Had a very good experience at the cash thanks to a very kind young man by the name of Robert. The customer ahead of me was needlessly bashing this young man about having to bag her own articles after he offered to help her several times. She then went to complain at customer service about his “poor attitude”. Robert was the most cheerful and polite cashier I’ve ever been served by, will most definitely go out of my way to shop at this location in the future based on the friendly and helpful staff alone.

It sounds like you really appreciate that superstore! It must be wonderful to have such a wide variety of products available, and it's great to know they have plenty of stock. It can really make shopping easier and more enjoyable.

Such a great place, staff members are very welcoming, the store is amazing and clean! We found a good deals in groceries and quality/price never disappoint!
