First time coming to Ted and it will be the last. Came to have holes patched in my floor, he gave a cheap quote and promised to have it done by the end of the following week.

Well 1 week went by and I heard nothing, I showed up at the shop on the second week and the car did not move since it got there. Ted said he was “busy” and he’s trying to get to it.

3rd week comes along and Ted gets my car in the air and called me. He said he could do the work For $300. Well I had received self tapping screws into metal plates which covered my holes, but absolutely no welds were done on the car.

So for 3 weeks without a car, and $300 gone. I received something which does not pass a safety, and I have to redo everything.

I wont be coming back or recommending this shop to anyone.

Very happy with having Ted help me with my shredded snow blower tires. A gentleman with lots of experience in his trade, it’s obvious he loves what he does! I didn’t have to hound him or follow up much. He got the job done as he said he would. Would have been nice to have it back for the early November snow dump we had in the GTA, but I blame Mother Nature for that terrible timing. Thanks so much Ted!

Brought him my aluminium boat with a crack in the hull. He said he could repair it. He said it would take a couple weeks. After many phone calls, finally six weeks later he said it was done. I picked up the boat and paid for the repairs. When I returned home I had a good look at what he did. I noticed it was a cheap bandage patch. The crack was not fixed and the boat leaked just as bad as it did before the repairs. When i had the boat home I did some minor maintanence, checked lower end oil and other routine maintainence. I called Ted not happy. He said bring the boat back and he would do the repair right. I brought the boat back and after a couple weeks he called and said it would cost another $300 to fix. I was not happy and let him know. He finally said come and get your boat he is not fixing it. He would have it towed if it wasn't off his property that day. $500 down the drain. He had the boat 8 weeks and did nothing for me. When I returned home i changed my mind and I thought i might as well replace the lower unit oil. Which I checked previous and was full. To my surprise there was no lower unit oil. Coincidence I don't know. I wonder where the oil went that was there 2 weeks ago. I would not give this company the time of day. It's hard to believe he is in business. Ted is a crook and I wouldn't trust him with anything I own.

Took my lawn mower in for a simple weld on the axle and he did it same day to get me back mowing that evening. Great service and reasonable price! Other mower repair shops weren't interested in helping me....wanted me to buy a new mower!
