As others have said, their customer service is the horrible. Their front of house staff is actively hostile to customers. I don't know if they just hate their jobs or their lives but they have no business dealing with the public. Conversely, the gents on the loading dock are really nice guys - put them out front.

They have a good selection for the most part and prices are decent but some things are expensive and prices seem to change by the day. I'm guessing whoever owns it certainly doesn't deal with the day to day stuff - or much less care about things like customer satisfaction.

I would give zero stars if I could. I inquired about prices for some nuts and he wanted me to state a long list of items on the phone. He refused to email me a quote for the items I wanted. I told him I could email him and he could just tell me the prices over the phone. He refused that too. I believe his name was Navin. Garbage customer service, fix up.

Do not buy any systems from them. I purchased the Safenet system manufactured by NSI. It doesn’t work. This system should not be sold to the public. Notifications don’t work, playback doesn’t record properly, the app is horrible with glitches. I asked if the can change the system. They said they can change to the same one. Useless! And horrible customer service!
