I was recommended by a friend to House Depot to replace my tank to tankless water heater.
Mark was a pleasure to work with, and promptly visited to give me a quote.
Despite a small hiccup with scheduling, Mark made sure to make things right for me.

When he said the job will take 6 hours, I initially thought it must be an over-estimate, but seeing all the work involved, 6 was just right.
The most time consuming part was the gas line and the air pipe.
Gas line to the old tank can't be reused, so a new line is needed for the tankless.
Air intake pipe needs to be added, so new hole needs to be drilled from the outside.

They made sure to clean up the mess (as much as they can), and helped me haul away the old tank.

Mark has been in the business for many years. He was professional and takes things seriously, making sure the work was done to his standards. I sense no slacking in him and his team, unlike many other serviceman do. They were not rushed to get the job done and took the time to make sure things are done properly.

I'm sure to give him a call in the future if I have any other house servicing that needs to be done.

Job type: replacing old boiler system and hot water tank with a combi boiler.

I am so happy we decided to go with House Depot over other competitors in the industry. In my first meeting with Mark get a quote, he took his time, answered all my questions and provided a very fair quote and was transparent and honest throughout. AtlasCare quoted me at double the price and Dr.HVAC at triple the price for the exact same job and warranty. When I challenged AtlasCare on their quote they were able to "magically" lower their quote to almost the same as what House Depot had quoted. Even though I was an AtlasCare member, I decided to go with House Depot instead - they were respectful of my time and intelligence from the start, offering a fair quote that didn't need to be negotiated, unlike Atlas Care and other competitors. I think many companies, whether consciously or not, take advantage when they meet with a woman asking for a quote, assuming she won't know the market and what is reasonable. I never felt this way with House Depot - just honesty and respect from the get-go.
Throughout the booking process, Maziyar was very accommodating and provided detailed answers to my questions. Maziyar and Mark accommodated our timing request and changed their proposed installation process to ensure that our house would not be without heat given we have two young children. I know this required more work and time for Mark and his team, and we are so grateful to them.
Mark and his team worked very hard, non-stop for 2 days. Mark checked in with me regularly before proceeding to next steps to ensure I was happy with the work, and accommodating any requests as needed.
I am thrilled with House Depot's work from start to finish and will certainly continue to book with them for any future HVAC maintenance and servicing.

Maziyar gave us many options and a fair price.
We had Mark and his team come to do a big install for a complete house split heat pump system. Everything they did inside and outside of the house was carefully considered and designed.
We had many conversations about everything as the installation progressed. The team was highly qualified and did very tidy work. They did not rush through any parts of the job and did a very thorough set up and final check of the system.
We definitely will have House Depot back for any future needs.

We were looking to upgrade the water tank to a tankless water heater. After discussion with many other companies about their products, this company gave us the best product for a reasonable price. I had to cancel my first order with them and still they returned the deposit as many other companies don’t do. They gave us an appointment for installation the next day of buying them product’s . Their service was exceptional, the technicians were very friendly. Installed the unit properly where we want with minimum space. I personally has best experience with Mazimar. He is very good man to talk, very helpful.

This time, house depot corp. Fixed my electric lines. I brought several licensed electricians and wasted a good amount of money and headaches.
House depot guys came, identified problem and fixed those. They charged very reasonable price. I am as impressed as before.

Could not be more pleased with the service I received from House Depot. Heater stopped working late in the evening, called House Depot and they were at my house in just over an hour. Technician quickly and accurately figured out what was wrong with my 20 year old boiler and got it working. Price was more than fair, it was really good. House Depot will be the first place I call next time I need HVAC service.
