6 months ago we added a Apex 1R series router to our production line. This was supposed to double our production and increase our output. What a dissapointment. Several issues to date that we have had to call agent to come to site and multiple smaller issues with operation that are a major inconvenience when work has to be done. Meanwhile my 10 year old machine sitting beside it is a work horse and never shuts down. If you are considering a new machine stay clear of this model. I dont believe it will ever run properly and we are considering selling it in the spring.
This review is to state my experience to date with machine. It is not a request or a lever to get any type of credit. I consider it as a bad purchase on my behalf. Had I spent more time researching I may not be dissapointed.

We bough a water-jet from Mikon. There have been numerous issues and the support is terrible, almost non-existent. Mary takes all the calls, no matter which department you are trying to reach.

We bought Multicam plasma cutting machine by Mikon Machinery and they did not provided right machine at first that what was promised and they did not installed properly for to save couple bucks, instead using 4 anchors bolts they use two each instead 4 at the each brackets designed to have strong rails and because of the missing anchors the rails are very weak and at little impact rails are moved and causing plasma gantry gets offset and error coming after each use, we have to keep calling them to fix it properly but Mikon machinery did fail to install properly and this caused since beginning and now they asking for service charges and now I know why they didn’t install properly because they wanted to make money after warranty is expired.
They promised me 1.5” cutting capacity and 6’x12’ cutting area, but provide me to cut 1.25” cutting capacity and 5’x 10 cutting area, after several emails back and forth and I stopped the payment then they come to extend the cutting areas to make 6’ x 12’
Do not listen to them that if you fabricate a water bed then they will gives you order for 30 tanks for upcoming orders. They do fake promises.
