Fantastic. I asked Mark to clean up and repair my 100+ year old Singer sewing machine and he did a fantastic job. Mark and his wife, sorry I didn't get your name, are kind and friendly. As long as Mark is willing, and able, to repair sewing machines, I highly recommend him. Just a side note, some sites still say he sells fabric but he no longer does that.

How does this place have 5 stars? If I could rate it zero I would. Aside from the hours being awful for anyone who works, I dropped my machine off and was told someone would call me once it was diagnosed before work was done. No one ever called, and on top of that, never even called to tell me when work was complete, I finally followed up when I hadn’t heard anything. During that call no one mentioned cost of service, nor that they only take cash, but won’t give change. They also don’t give receipts, so because my husband picked up I actually have no idea what work was done for the price, and no record of it being done either. To top it all off, they clearly smoke in the same area as the machines are serviced. My foot smells so bad I might have to buy a new one, my spool of thread had to be thrown out, and I am hoping I can get the smell of the machine itself, because I absolutely can’t have it in my sewing room. What a joke of an illegal company, please, take your machines elsewhere!!

Mark does excellent work. He is busy so you might have to wait for your machine to be serviced but it is definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend him for any repairs/service you might need on your sewing machine.
