Newlywed foods – I know the hiring decision is based on your requirements but pls have basic humanity while interviewing candidates. I have worked for three multinational companies but never faced such a horrible hiring experience in my career.

Really sorry to say this, You guys have an unprofessional hiring process especially the hiring process I experienced for the purchasing team. You just simply wasted my precious time of 3 weeks, which went on giving false hopes, visiting your onsite locations twice with no results, following ups so many times just to get an update which was a roller coaster ride.

Firstly – They called me to visit their onsite office, I did go first time and attended the interview process, and it went well. But at the end HR told me, you might have to come again because today Plant Manager is absent. My question to you both is, If HR and Purchasing Manager is not the decision maker, why in the world you wanted me to attend the interview on a day in which your Plant manager is absent. And HR clearly told me to follow up for results. Isn’t it the HR’s responsibility to provide feedback on interviews?

Second Visit - I did follow up on my first interview results with HR – After few days of ghosting, they asked to visit the office again for second interview with Plant Manager. I again went as I had hopes on clearing it. I did well and I asked them what are the next steps, If I am selected today. HR told me if you are selected in this round no additional interviews, you will have to take online assessments (HR and Manager clearly communicated to me that they don’t consider the online assessment results for the hiring decision, as it was just a checklist). I was confident in this round and waited for results.

Again, after ghosting me for few days, after following ups. Finally, they asked to take assessments which means I have cleared the final round, and it is time to take assessments before getting offer letter. Felt Happy.

I did take the assessment and they made me to take multiple times and waited, then again ghosting happened. I mailed them and called them since as per their communication I have cleared both the rounds and assessment is finished as well.

Finally, after calling them, they sent me an email saying we found another candidate.

My request to Higher management is – Please ask your HR and Hiring team to be professional and be honest while communicating the interview process. All aspiring candidates are not strong enough to go through a roller coaster ride that never ends.

Shipper is very bad, doesn’t know how to load skids in the trucks, and when confronted rudely says need to wait 2 hours to offload, never suggest to even buy stuff from these guys, people got to learn how to talk to drivers and have a safe environment around them.
