I love General Mills, however, in times like this I don't ! I understand shrinkflation. I understand things are more expensive but is it really worth risking "volume" just to keep the cost the same? When I buy a white cake mix, the amount in the box is much smaller, therefore my cake comes out much smaller and looks awful. As a baker, I'm very disappointed. Why can't you just charge more money and keep the inside the same? Yes, I know I have use another half cake mix, but why should I have to do that? Did you ever think there are people like myself who are sick and tired of seeing less in the box but are willing to pay the price increase? Get smart, stop this nonsense!

Bought the Cinnabon type cinnamon rolls and upon opening the tube the whole thing was a mess, the top was stuck and I didn't even get 5 rolls worth, cause the pre cut divides were poorly done and they didn't pull apart. I managed to mangle something together to get my 5bucks worth but was truly annoying, all the cinnamon filling went everywhere .

Betty Crocker Whipped Icing is the worst! You can see the cake right threw it no matter what you do! Both vanilla & choclate are made of air! Who's genius idea was it to put air in this product and call it "whipped"? More air less Product. Same price or higher. Great scam stratagy!

Just opened my box of Foot O Long fruit snacks and 2 of the packs have nothing in them but air. What the hell. I know times of tough but now you can't even deliver on the products we buy from you. Let's see if i hear from you guys. Unexceptionable

I was responsible for choosing a snack for 50 women for a golf tournament. I am familiar with Nature Valley as the Peanut Almond and Dark Chocolate are my favorite for snacking during a golf game, 4 in a box for them. Saw the Nature Valley Crunchy Roasted Almond as well as Oats and Honey thinking that would be good. Saw big number 10 on the box. Picked up 5 boxes. Easy choice I thought. WRONG!! In the smaller print it says 2 in each package. Didn't see that until I ran out of the bars. There are only 5 packages in each box. I certainly could not fill 50 lunch bags. That was very disappointing. Whoever chose that information on the package, certainly didn't have to pack lunches. There may have been 10 individual bars inside all the packages but only 5 packages in each box. VERY MISLEADING. SHAME ON YOU FOR MISINFORMATION. And of course shame on me for not reading the fine print. Won't make that mistake again. Will choose another product next time. I called the consumer hot line with my complaint, however I don't think the agent understood my dilemma. She continued to quote that there are actually 10 bars in the box. Someone else who has likely never packed lunches. That's all I have to say. Thank you for allowing me to speak my peace.
