The service was amazing! We couldn't decide on a vacuum cleaner, jumping from one manufacturer to another. We had so many questions and felt completely lost. By chance, we came across an invitation to a Miele video consultation—so we decided to give it a try. And it was absolutely incredible! Allana walked us through all the models, explained the differences, and answered every question we had. She helped us figure out exactly what we needed, all in a polite and respectful manner. Such exceptional service is a rarity these days!

This is to give some feedback regarding my purchase of appliances and yesterday’s delivery and installation.

First, I’d like to thank the store manager, Mr. Ardalan (Ardy) Alizadeh, again for stepping in during Ms. Amal Al-Sheikh’s absence. Ardy's intervention was quick and resolved my issue to my full satisfaction. I note that Ms. Zoe Lau and Ms. Amal Al-Sheikh did a great job. They were very responsive and solution-oriented.

Secondly, I would like to share that I was very pleased with the installer, namely Kazimierz “Richard” Sawicki. He happened to be the same person who stopped by for our technical inspection. As he was the person, who recommended particular Miele devices as fitting into our kitchen, we were pleased to see that Miele send the same person that did the technical inspection also to take care of the installation.

Kazimierz Richard Sawicki did an excellent job in installing our appliances. I was very happy with the diligence and the cleanliness with which Kazimierz Richard performed the job. He is a real asset and Miele is lucky to have him. Miele having people like Kazimierz Richard is the reason why I am willing to pay a premium for Miele appliances.
