Sem is so kind and professional. He was very responsive when we called to inquire and ask questions. He was open and honest that our original idea may not work and suggested an amazing alternative. Had an amazing experience at Archer Laser! They were able to accommodate my busy schedule and had a very quick turnaround time for my item. I engraved a leather briefcase with them and the engraving came out looking perfect. They communicated with me several times prior to engraving to ensure the design was exactly what I was looking for. Overall they were extremely professional, great pricing, and overall just such a pleasant experience interacting with them. I highly recommend for all your engraving needs!

Got a laser engraving done here and the service was exceptional. The actual engraving services were great and I have no complaints at all. It was fast, easy and well done. But the services were even better than just the product I received. I had called the day before and was unsure of what to purchase for my project, Sem told me to text him the links to what I was buying to make sure it would be the best option. He walked me through not only the process but made sure I was getting the right one. I then also told them I needed a very quick turn around and I had an appointment an hour later. Exception service and will be using them again.

Great experience! Very responsive communication by text and email, quick to provide a mock-up and then one test run on the actual product. Once approved, it was only a day before my run was ready. They even met me on the street when I was picking up, so that I didn't have to find parking. They requested 100% payment in advance, which seems odd / off-market, but all was good and I'll trust them again next time. Thanks.
