I asked them a lot of questions as this is my first laser cutting art piece, they've answered patiently and are extremely helpful! My art piece has a lot of tiny cut outs, probably just 3 or 4 pieces went missing, which is incredible and it worked out fine for me. (They did warn me about it beforehand and I am totally aware of it) Also, most of the pieces came out with very little burn marks! These guys are real pros!

I've been working with Toronto Laser Services for about a year and a half now and have nothing but great things to say. I came into the shop with little experience, but Edgar and the team were very knowledgable and showed me different laser techniques that could push my pieces to the next level. I would have never thought about etching if it wasn't for Edgar's expertise and willingness to go out of his way to help me better my designs.

I looked into a couple of other shops before coming to Toronto Laser, but no other shop would have given me the same sort of guidance and support that I was able to get at Toronto Laser Services.

Excellent Service and quality product! We had a special order for some mailbox labels; the clear kind that go into condo and apartment building mailboxes; the kind that the mailbox company hasn't made since 1990. lol. The measurements were critical and the hole placement had to be precise to be able to fit into the old mailboxes. Toronto Laser Services hit this project out of the park. We now have clear, clean and more importantly accurate, mailbox labels for all of our our units, and everything looks beautiful!

If I could give Toronto Laser Services more stars I would. Edgar is PHENOMENAL, he is the definition of customer service. He worked on a really important piece- a gift for my parents on my wedding day. He put the coordinates of our family cottage along with an amazingly detailed compass onto an Oak Canoe Paddle. (Unfortunately not sharing a photo, for privacy reasons). He made what I thought was impossible to be done, possible. And in an incredibly short amount of time. I highly recommend Toronto Laser Services to ANYONE looking for high quality work and truly great people.
