Since the store converted to No Name and put in Self Serve computers, the prices of everything has steadily gone up and choice has gone down. Products that are not PC are overpriced and going higher. There really is ZERO incentive to go to a store where depersonalization has become a goal. The staff have always been helpful but the corporate objectives and empty spaces on the shelves, and overpriced product ($16 for a chocolate bunny Really?) seem to have wiped out any pride or logic that may have been there before.

Very unpleasant, the whole deli section has a strong smell of mold mixed with body odor. I bought this juice then realized the best before date was four and a half months ago.

I stood in line waiting to speak to the pharmacist as I was quite ill and needed to ask a question regarding medication.

The clerk advised the pharmacist of my need.

He was serving customers at the other end of the counter, so I patiently waited my turn.

I stayed at the front of the counter so as to minimize contact with others when I was so unwell.

I do not recall how many people were in line, but maybe 4.

So I erroneously concluded that when he served the 4 at his end, even if more customers arrived, he would give me my turn and ask them to wait a moment as I had patiently waited my turn.

Such proved not to be the case.

As more people joined the line, he just kept serving them.

It was never-ending.

I felt so unwell and asked the clerk to please remind the pharmacist I was waiting for his guidance and advice.

She could not drag him away.

By this time, 5 or 6 new people had lined up.

The clerk suggested I go to the end of that line.

By this time, I was too unsteady on my feet and just opted to leave.

I am so thoroughly disgusted with such a blatant lack of care and attention, never mind lack of professionalism and lack of common courtesy.

As we were driving from South Bruce Peninsula to Missississauga, I waited until we arrived in Mississauga to stop at a much more professional and hospitable pharmacy that gave me great advice and sold me the appropriate medication.

I would not recommend this pharmacy at all and that is a tough say because our No Frills in Owen Sound has such a fantastic team that I willingly drive an hour to get my meds there and my husband's as well - because THEIR service is superior; the lack of service in Shelburne's No Frills screams incompetence and gross negligence.

Two stars because it’s nice to have something close to home to grab odds and ends. But the fruit selection is not of good quality, usually right on the brink of expiring and becoming mouldy, and the meat selection is not very great. The last time I went shopping, I picked up a brick of cheese that had already gone moldy.

I was charged $8.99 for Whiskas 2L Seafood flavour bag, which, according to the shelf pricing, was on sale for $6.49. Unfortunately, I was busy loading my items onto the convenyor belt to notice at the time. Customer service at the 1-800 is completely useless. I was put on hold 3 times, making me believe that something could be done, like perhaps they could see my transactional history and add points to my card equivalent to $8.99, etc., but each time the agent returned to the call saying there was nothing they could do. They didn't even have the ability to contact the store directly to advise them that they are shortchanging customers on this item. I most likely won't be able to return to this store within the 2 week time limit for a return, since I am now out of the area.

Recently moved to Shelburne, very disappointed in NoFrills. They don't seem to care about their customers..Produce sucks..example lettuce brown and they are selling at full price..Half the products listed in flyer are not available..Ending up going to Foodland to buy produce..meat etc..MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

Customers beware this store does not honour the scan code policy but alters it when an issue arises, secondly they put items with 50% stickers but the cashiers still charge full price when the sticker is clearly displayed, example today purchased cold brew coffee to try Stok, marked 50% off charged full price of $8.00 not worth shopping at no frills

First time at this No Frills location because I was at friends farm not so far from it.
This store was clean and well maintained and also stocked.
Their staff was very helpful and store knowledgeable when I asked them for some specific products.
Fully recommended 😉😁😎🤟🏻🇨🇦🍁
