My family the Persian New Year party in this place. The whole experience was not worth the price. For $80 per person + cash bar, we could have a very decent dinner at a different restaurant with music. SALAD was ROTTEN. Chicken kebabs didn’t look like kebabs at all. See pictures.
خانواد من برای سال نو به این رستوران رفتیم و غذا واقعا کهنه و سالاد خراب شده بود. با نفری ۸۰ دلار به اضافه نوشیدنی از بار، به رستوران بهتری میشه رفت. عکسها از غذای آن شب هستند😏

We held my uncle’s reception here after his funeral services, from start to finish behrang and the team here made us feel so at ease. Within a five minute meeting he walked us through the menu, the room, the decor ect. He explained everything so clearly, what we thought was going to be a stressful process we were dreading, became seamless. The food was amazing, the room was beautiful and the service was amazing. Everyone couldn’t stop talking about the koobideh.

While the place looks beautiful, with so much heritage and reference to the persian culture.
The food and service are terrible, we got invited twice to this place, the place was empty both times; however, the service was extremely slow, and showed complete lack of basic customer service skills!
The food itself is below average, especially being in the middle of a very busy area filled with persian dining options, this place scores very low on that point!

This banquet is very professional and experienced in delivering luxurious and high end events. The staff was professional and well trained. Food was delicious and well served. Reasonable price. They have 2 large salons. I didn't see any weakness in their work. I would definitely take my next event there.

به طور کلی، رستوران تجربه خوبی برای شب خاصی که تولد مادرمان را جشن گرفتیم، بود. کیفیت غذا، دکوراسیون و خدمات عالی بودند. با این حال، دسترسی از طبقه همکف به رستوران از طریق آسانسور کمی گیج‌کننده بود و هیچ علامتی برای راهنمایی وجود نداشت. همچنین سرویس‌های بهداشتی چندان مناسب نبودند، به‌خصوص اینکه نیاز به کد و پسورد برای ورود بود که واقعاً توجیهی نداشت. امکانات بهداشتی هم بسیار ابتدایی بودند و مایع دست‌شویی در دسترس نبود.

با این حال، از پرسنل رستوران، به‌ویژه خانم عسل، که خدمات فوق‌العاده‌ای ارائه دادند، کمال تشکر را دارم. برخورد گرم و حرفه‌ای ایشان باعث شد تا تجربه عالی‌تری از جشن تولد داشته باشیم.

Overall, the restaurant provided a great experience for a special evening celebrating our mother's birthday. The food quality, decor, and service were excellent. However, the access from the ground floor to the restaurant via the elevator was quite confusing, with no clear signage to guide you. Additionally, the restrooms were less than ideal, especially with the need for a code and password to enter, which seemed unnecessary. There were also very basic facilities for hygiene, and no hand wash was available.

That being said, I would like to sincerely thank the staff, particularly Ms. Asal, for her outstanding service. Her warm and professional approach made the dining experience truly enjoyable.

Worst experience ever!

We booked Persian Palace for Valentine’s night based on their stunning, modern-looking advertisement. But when we arrived, they took us to a completely different place—a traditional-style café that looked nothing like the ad. We were shocked! The place was nearly empty, playing old Iranian music, and had no vibe at all.

While we were discussing whether to leave due to the false advertising and depressing atmosphere, the owner suddenly approached us with an extremely rude attitude, saying, “If you want to leave, let me know fast! I’d be happy if you left!”

I’ve never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior in Canada. Avoid this place at all costs!
