To whomever that answers the company phone is very loud and abrupt (rude). You need to change your telephone demeanor in order to be running a business. You do not cut people off mid sentence and yell firmly into the phone and hang up. Please note, we all have jobs/careers/work and your job is not more precious than the rest of ours, that is not how you conduct your telephone manor to any person. Adjust your etiquette sir, or do not answer the telephone to the general public and other businesses. Your reviews speak volumes about your general way of dealing with the public.

Buyers beware. This company will rip you off. They have two listed addresses in Toronto (Passmore Ave) in and a second Toronto PO box address and they offer ecommerce on thier web for pickup from undisclosed warehouse locations. They have a sketchy policy of not disclosing the warehouse pickup location to you until after you have paid for your order. So I place a order for pickup thinking the warehouse would certainly be in the GTA. After charging my card they indicated the pickup location was in Windsor, ON. That is a 4 hour drive the from the GTA. They also have a sketchy policy of not refunding the full puchase price for ecommerice orders that are cancelled. After I complained this was the response from the company by email:"Sorry we are not an e-commerce Giant like Amazon that can provide a very customer-friendly ordering platform."

During the process of asking about products on the phone to AquaBond the man I spoke to on the phone not only had poor customer service but hung up on me mid sentence! while I have tried to call back they have screened my call twice I am thoroughly unimpressed with how this company treats possible business and have lost my business.
