I've been making purchases here for a number of years. They have higher quality products than the average Canadian Tire store and while their prices are higher, they have really good worthwhile sales. My pots and pans are rated for long term use (25+ years). They also have all the baking pans and other kitchen gadgets, butcher knives etc., that you can't easily find anywhere else, unless you order online. Their staff are attentive and quite helpful. I highly recommend shopping there. Even though 90% of their customer base is commercial restaurants, they certainly appreciate the average non-commercial business customer.

If I could give them a zero rating I would.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I was told my equipment would arrive in 5 weeks.
I waited 5 months for my equipment, which finally arrived broken, then took 2 weeks before they fixed it. There was no compensation offered for waiting, our lost sales or their bad customer service.
