A fantastic experience exploring the vineyards and the Niagara region with our family! We were a large group, and the company accommodated us very well. The team is incredibly kind and attentive. First time trying a Wine Tour and we had a fantastic experience! Jessie arranged everything and coordinated it all perfectly and Harvey was our amazing guide for our afternoon of great wine flavours and learning all about the Niagara region wineries! Highly recommend trying the tours with this company, we tried the lunch experience and it was worth every penny! Met great new people and had wonderful experiences with wine tasting!

Highly recommend Grape and Wine tours! The customer service alone would be reason enough to book with them, however the knowledge and personality of our tour guide Harvey sealed the deal. I began communicating via WhatsApp with Jessie, who was awesome! She answered all my questions, allowed me to customize the tour and checked in with me nonstop throughout the tour. Harvey has 20 plus years as a tour guide, he has the inside info on all the wineries and even added an extra tour at the end of the day through Old Town Niagra on the Lake. We decided on the 3 course luncheon as part of the winery tour and it was well worth the extra money. We met great people while sampling great wine and had a lot of laughs while learning about the beautiful NOTL area. BOOK IT and request HARVEY !!!

Took the Fiesta Wine Tour, which included three wineries, lunch and pickup and drop-off from our Niagra Falls (Ontario) hotel. The tour was tastings at 2 wineries and vineyard and barrel room tour at a third winery. Of the three, Hare and Pilliteri were the best, especially the latter being the winery with in-depth information. Wine including ice wine was delicious. Last, Harvey our tour guide was superb. How that man has all that information I will never know. Also, thank you to Jessie for arranging the extra tour of old Niagara on the Lake. Overall great tour and company!!

The owner Barbara is wonderful and very knowledgeable. Her energy permeates the whole enterprise and the shop is full of adorable signage to buy, guaranteed to make you smile. Absolutely, worth it. And Niagara is such wonderful wine country that you’re guaranteed a good time.
Also they’re so fashionable.
And cheese trays. I’m just saying. Cheese trays.

Mediocre tour. I have been on many winery tours throughout Australia and this tour wasn't comparable to any. It was very rigid and rushed, our driver Dave was almost militant with the schedule. We were supposed to have a charcuterie board with cheese and meats at the first winery but they didn't provide any. We had to highlight that we missed out on part of what the $190 "Afternoon Cheese and Winery" tour offers. Whilst Dave definitely attempted to make up for it by frantically calling the 3rd winery to see if they could offer us something to snack on, it was a tiny plate of 4 Crackers and cheese. Again, mediocre at best. There was zero ambiance to the tour on the bus, no music, and as mentioned extremely rushed, so no real conversation between other patrons. We didn't have the time at any of the 4 wineries visited, to sit, order a glass of something we liked on the tasting, explore and enjoy the venue. I would have happily sacrificed a 4th winery to extend and enjoy our time at all 3 venues rather than only just making it through the tasting before being rushed to the next one. I do want to say, Pilliteri Winery was by far the stand-out! I would sacrifice all other 3 wineries to ensure I attend that one - it was by far the highlight however, I wouldn't personally recommend this tour and suggest to look at all options.

It was a fantastic experience! I made a reservation online and Jessie promptly sent a follow-up message to coordinate the pick-up times well in advance, which I appreciated greatly. Although the original booking time was delayed due to traffic with our original guide, Jessie the Manager managed to get us back on schedule with another guide, Harvey.
Harvey was an exceptionally friendly guide, possessing a vast knowledge of the region's history, which he shared during our travels. His expertise elevated the tour to a six-star experience, if such a rating were possible!
The tour began with an instructive session on wine tasting, which enriched our visits to the various wineries throughout the region. I highly recommend this company!
