Onefinity tech support has been absolutely wonderful! I bought my machine 2nd hand and they have helped me through my issues with a hesitation. Even emailed and helped on Easter Sunday. Jim was nice enough to call me on the phone even though they do all tech support via email. They have absolutely gained a custom, and rave reviews from me! Couldn't recommend enough!

I purchased my Elite Journeyman with my own hard-earned money, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! Not only is the CNC system itself an incredible piece of equipment, but the 5-star customer support and community engagement set Onefinity apart from the rest. Every time I’ve had a question or concern, their representatives have responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine kindness and generosity.

The Elite Journeyman is hands-down one of the coolest and most advanced tools I’ve ever used. This machine is an absolute beast—rock solid and built to last. I’m constantly amazed at its capabilities and can’t wait to see everything I’ll be able to create with it! In my opinion, there’s no comparison to other hobby/shop production CNC machines in its class. Honestly, I’d even put it up against some professional-grade systems.

I did a lot of research on Hobby CNCs before purchasing my Onefinity Elite Journeyman. I haven't regretted my decision once. The machine has been great since I received it. When they add new features, you don't have to go buy a whole new machine to get those features. There is an upgrade path. But, the real gem in all of this is the company and their customer support that comes with the machine. Any time I have had a technical issue, or even caused one by my own doing, the company has been there to help - even on Sundays. Their customer support is very professional, responsive and will stick with you until your issue is resolved. They definitely go above and beyond what you might expect or have experienced with other companies. Thank you Onefinity!
