We used Kode to print fundraising t-shirts for our Shotokan Tigers team (from Brad Jones Karate) in 2014 and 2017. I personally still wear my 2014 t-shirt and it looks amazing. Worst possible service ever. Took a month to do what was told was 10 days.
Product design on heat transfers still incorrect at project end.
No method of payment was available when I picked up merchandise.
Was promised a discount for all the issues and never received. Was charged full price.
The long sleeve black shirts were faded where as the tshirts were ok.
Was charged for an extra shirt I got that I didn’t order.
Every time I was told something about deadlines, price or quality was a lie. If I could give a zero rating I would. If I could sue them for lost time and revenue and it be worth my time I would. I ordered on vista print while waiting for their company to finish and got the merchandise delivered to my door cheaper. Although at that point I had no need for their product I paid anyhow. Knowing this they still never gave me a discount or a sinsere apology. Honestly don’t know how they are still in business. My guess is they are the only game in town. I may just have to start a new venture soon 😜

I have worked with this company for many years and they have always delivered. Filomena is very detailed and her knowledge of the industry is deep. The team communicates really well and if there are bumps in the road they proactively manage the situation. I highly recommend them for DTG printing and embroidery decoration.
