Worst customer service.. sold me defective piece. Went after 10 days to exchange. Advised can't. Still have labells on it. Its was axe not even that expensive.. you guys need better staff there.

Worst possible customer service. Purchased riding lawnmower, paid to have it delivered and nothing. Darn machine would not start. There is a short that keeps blowing fuses. Called the store, talked to the manager, told they have signs everywhere that once it leaves the store its basically your problem and I have to take it to a service company. The worst is the fact that I paid for them to deliver to me a defective machine. To add insult to injury, the manager claimed to call head office to see if anything could be done and instead of calling me back, she sent me an email basically saying they are not responsible (even though they took my $2700) and gave me the phone number of a company that could repair it. I have no means to get the machine to this company and home hardware did not offer to help me get it there. What a wonderful company they are.

Absolutely love this store. Can't say enough good about them. Service is excellent, staff are perfect and the owner is available when you need him which you often don't.
I would rate this store higher but I ran out of stars.

You could walk around the store looking for something a not one employee will ask if they can help you most of the time they're stood up at the counter talking too each other
