We ordered the back to school kit for the first time and were so impressed how quickly it arrived. Once it got here I realized that they sent us a regular calculator instead of the graphing one by mistake. I called customer service immediately and within minutes the representative had everything straightened out and the new calculator on the way.

We are so impressed with our experience from start to finish and we'll definitely be buying again in the future. Back to school shopping has never been so easy!

I ordered for 2 kits for my daughter and niece. At first they sent me an incomplete kits! In a whole long list its just only 6 items in the bags! And then they told me they will sent me a new kits but until now i havent received it yet! Almost 3 weeks now since they told me they will send it! 1 week have passed since the schools open and the kids still dont have a school supplies to be use!
