My grandparents bought a washer and dryer for me and brought it all the way to Moncton and I assume the guy knew it was going far away and wouldn’t have to deal with old people in person. The washer only works in half loads otherwise the spin cycle doesn’t spin at all leaving me to manually wring everything out so after a couple more weeks I think in total we’ve had the set a month or so the dryer button just breaks. Was always loose but didn’t think much of it assumed at least one of the paid would work efficently but no.

When my grandmother let him know the problem with both his response was that I must overload them and that’s not his fault! 🤬🤬 how can a half load of clothes over load a dryer It’s not possible clearly my grandparents were ripped off!!!! Shame on you!!! The photo is to see if someone can verify by the check marks this came from here but based on a similar review I’d say not.

I bought a used dryer that appeared to work well in the "store". Brought it home and washed a load of laundry, put in the dryer and the drum would not turn. It wouldn't turn with a single wet towel in it. Plenty of heat but no turn. Called the shop, told him the problem and he simply said "Ok" and hung up. Decided to go buy a new set so we loaded the dryer up to go get our money back. Got to the store at 4 and it was closed, even though the hours are listed till 5. Had to leave it there(outside) as we were on the way to get a new set and needed the room.
When I called the next day, he initially said there was no dryer there, then he said he had never seen it before etc. He said he would have fixed it for us, which probably would have sufficed if had not hung up on me without telling me so, if he had been there when we returned during the listed hours of operation, and if he hadn't lied to me the next day. After some "debate" a refund was secured.
I understand that buying used carries some risk. If he had been respectful, not hung up or lied, then I would have been satisfied with him fixing it.

It's wonderful to get good old fashioned service. He delivered, repaired and brought the machine back all in the same day! Great price and great service.
