Darren in plumbing and Hardeep in flooring were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Getting going on our renovations and have been very happy to find everything we need plus great customer service at our Kenaston Rona. All the employees we have dealt with have been awesome. Front customer service girls are also great and helpful.

Dildeep was extremely professional and extremely helpful solving an issue i had with a vanity. I waited a very long time for this vanity to arrive and was not satisfied when it arrived due to damages. He went above and beyond correcting this issue and I was overwhelmed by his customer service skills. You do not see this level of customer service anymore and he should be recognized for his outstanding service skills.

Saturday, Nov24, 2024. Order#33710640.
Placed a web order for pickup in store for approx 30 items.
Went to pickup order.
I could NOT reconcile my order.
There were (4) errors:
-wrong quantity of 1 instead of 10,
-2 missing items i was still charged for,
-1 item incorrect, similar cheaper item picked by accident.

I asked customer pickup if i leave the store and my order is incorrect what happens? They said I would be out of pocket and no recourse.

They reassured me my order was correct and tried to get me to leave the store without a receipt.

I immediately started going through my order to reconcile. I could not do it. Too many mistakes.

I cancelled the whole order. I left the store shaking and upset. I wasted my whole afternoon at Rona and would have lost over $100 if I accepted my order.

Customer service was attentive and good. The order process and work quality is poor.

Store manager needs to contact me ASAP. Purchased a brand new EGO 24” 2 stage snow blower with what was supposed to be included was (2) 10ah batteries. Unboxed and No where to be found. Attempted to reach your customer service. No one answers. Not to mention client care saying they’d call me within a week when it arrives. I get a call from some agent asking how I’m enjoying my snow blower at the end of October. He clearly confused on what the weather has been like here. This is beyond urgent. And this issue needs to be addressed promptly.

Go up
