I had been using Trotec materials for about a year and the service from Trish et al and quality of products was excellent, so when I was looking to upgrade to a larger, more powerful laser machine, Trotec was my first choice. James was really great, talking me through the options and was so honest and knowledgeable that I was happy we were investing in the right machine for our school's needs. Set-up was very straightforward. The online videos are a constant inspiration and everyone I have come into contact with has been so friendly and enthusiastic. I am thrilled with out Speedy 300 - the modular nature and strength of the construction, and local support means I have no worries that if there was an issue, I would be able to handle exchanging a part, and maintain the machine with no lengthy downtime. Highly recommended!

Great hardware, terrible customer service. Software "updates" regularly make the machine useless for weeks on end. The tech support "direct line" is a voice recording prompting you fill out a web form, which promises to contact you within 24 hours. More like 2-4 days if you're lucky and when they finally do, it's "have you tried reinstalled the software? You have? Oh. We're out of ideas. You're on your own". My usage is an educational setting, so I'm not sure if I'm being treated like a second class citizen, or if all customers are treated so poorly. I've had to significantly alter my programs while waiting on solutions. I can't imagine having a business that relies on one of these machines maintaining uptime.

Use the Speedy 300 in our school woodshop for educational purposes and training. 6+ years and the machine is still going strong without a single issue. If you are thinking of investing in a laser spend your money on a Trotec, you won't be disappointed. Built to handle the job. If you need any specific materials to go with it talk to Trish at the Langley office, super helpful.

Been using my 80 watt Speedy 300 Trotec laser for 3 years on top of the 5 years I used a community Speedy 300! Love every second of it! Nothing compares to the precision, the ease of access and the customer service! They're like the Rolls Royce of lasers and I'm blessed to be making customizable artwork with their amazing machines! If there's a trotec in the house, there's BEAUTIFUL long-lasting work to be made! 5 stars and beyond from us little laser freaks in Pittsburgh, PA!

The worst experience ever. The first scheduled for demo has been canceled in last min and rescheduled. My partner and I arrived on time, however he didn't show up and after 20 min waiting he asked me for rescheduling again or wait 40 min to come. I drove 60km to test the machine and he waisted my day. I saw that the customer don't show up, but not the agent. Imaging that was the first impression to sell $20k machine. If you don't care about the customer service then you can chose this messy company. Good luck
