Our furnace stopped working just before a cold snap. Another company came and reset it but didn't fix the issue. Thane came within an hour of calling him and addressed what he thought the issue was. He didn't charge us for the initial visit and came back the next day to confirm the problem and address. We still had issues but Thane called us to follow up even before we could let him know. He returned to make a few more adjustments. He waited to charge us until he was confident the issue had been resolved. He explained his concerns and process every step along the way. His rates were very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

I called Thane at Fix It Thermodynamics after experiencing an issue with our home air conditioning unit. Another HVAC company had told me the issue was irreparable, and necessitated an expensive full system replacement. Thane was easy to deal with over the phone, and diagnosed the issue quickly and accurately during his visit just 2 business days after the initial phone call. He repaired our AC unit to make it functional again for a small fraction of the cost quoted for a full system replacement. He did recommend that we budget for a full system replacement in the next couple of years, but crucially he got our AC working quickly, and gave us information that felt unbiased. We will be using his services again and would recommend him to others.

What can I say. If you are looking for a professional and honest person to help you with your furnace needs look no further. I am more that happy with him having installed a new system during the heat wave of 2021. Fitting me into his already busy schedule as people in the Okanagan ran into issues was more than generous and appreciated. With respect to the follow up maintenance of my furnace, he will inform you honestly as to the upkeep of your system and not bill you unnecessarily for what is not needed.
