I recently used the drive through option at this location. I have never used one before. I’m from Halifax and have never had that option til I moved here. Great service when one has a cold.! Also the team at the pharmacy has been amazing to me. And the team is friendly beyond. Accurate and reliable. The optimum points help too. Thank you for such great performances.

Rotten food, fruit flies all over the place, whoever is running this store is not doing a good job. They sell expired produce and condiments and will over charge you. The ice cream was melted then refrozen. And stop asking about the damn Marvel cards, I just want to pay for my order. I don't think I will be coming back here

I would like to give them a 5 stars because of the convenience and variety in the store *despite the prices) and the friendly meat department man and cashier who helped me.
I will not do it because of the mean attitude of the lady at the food take out.
I paid $8 for a chicken meal (same price as I paid days before in Amherst, where they gave me a separate box for fries and ketchup and all was fresh and warm).
When I ckecked my food, the box was half empty and fries where old and cold. I went back to ask her why the box was empty and she was mean, defending herself saying the price of things had increased.
I cold have told her that same thing, Prices at every grocery store in N.S. are at least 20% higher than the rest of Canada. She was absolutely mad, you would imagine she was taking the fries from the plate of her children.
Do not eat there!!!

New employee at the self-service counters was rude and disrespectful today. She didn't want to talk to me directly but was talking about me with my husband in my presence as if I wasn't there, even though I asked her not to do that. Instead of apologizing for the technical issues because there were issues with all self-service counters, she accused us of not knowing how to use them, although I regularly use specifically these self-service registers.

Sadly, I have to change my 5 stars to 1 star as Superstore has followed the trend of putting barriers all around the entrances and other parts of the store to prevent "theft". I spend 1000s of dollars here, and I won't be made to feel like a thief. Self checkout is now extremely conjested and barely usable on a busy day. In a post covid world I thought were trying to have less of that. I've already seen several customers complain to employees and even jump the barriers. Shame on management and corporate for allowing such a change to go through. I will be spending my money somewhere I'm not thought of as a thief.

EDIT: I feel silly having to add this in because I thought it couldn't get any worse but it turns out the cashier didn't scan in any of the coupons in. I guess I do have to go back to superstore one last time.

The last 5 times I have been at this store have been terrible experiences, the last own being today when the butcher was so grumpy when I asked for ground beef and then he basically refused to repackage some pork chops for me. The previous times have all been related to the electric carts which are so far from the entrance one has to walk all around the store to get to them, then wait for someone to get a key, then hope they work because they have not been charged. Very disappointimg service.

buying makeup from this place is kinda hard. Some brands for example essence don't have their products sealed or packaged (means anyone can open them) and I can literally feel a huge weight difference between two of the same items. I purchased a blush and I could literally see a fingerprint in the item before using it. Gross. I mean that is supposed to go on my face .
