There was a situation this morning .

If the real owner wants to contact me and apologize I will take down my review.
my phone calls are recorded I just reviewed it to make sure that I wasn't in the wrong because sometimes I am but this time lol- I definitely wasn't .

Called this morning spoke to a secretary the secretary told me they couldn't do my job LOL Ok .

I told the secretary maybe I should speak to somebody who makes those decisions because money is money money right was greeted with passive disrespect almost instantaneously.

I don't know I think having my secretary making my business decisions for me would be a mistake what do you think?

And let's be clear passive aggression is aggression. I kept my cool asked to speak to a senior employee or somebody who's in charge of manufacturing.

then I guess the rest of the staff decided stand up for their employees poor Behavior and made things even worse.

Woman who claims she was the owner acted aggressive and rude right off the bat wouldn't even listen to me .
Threatened to leave my business a bad review and hung up.
Which is absolutely disgusting

I tried my hardest to be polite Then I spoke to I'm guessing a Salesman or a shop manager and honestly if we were face-to-face and I got that amount of disrespect from a person things would have gone very very poorly.
The guy was trying to fight me on the phone.

I'm used to dealing with people who have a iota of professionalism and respect if that's what you're looking for this is not the manufacturer for you.

I imagine they would stand by their mistakes Like it was a blessing from God .

It was absolutely disgusting the behavior on the phone this morning I mean disgusting .
I'm a confrontational blunt person and I kept my cool well these people acted like puffed up teenagers.

It was actually very confusing the behavior I witnessed and don't understand what took place still even now.

I will be spreading the word about this

I was referred to them by one of their biggest clients.
that referral definitely turned into a pile of poo..

Like I said the owner can contact me and I will take down the review.

Took away two stars for the behavior today didn't take away all the stars because frankly I don't know what you guys is work is like didn't get a chance to even see.

Job I wanted done was I just purchased a fire truck from Japan wanted it converted into a flatbed with a track and winch to pick up a container..

Had the pleasure of loading here this afternoon & in spite of the steady rain it was a very good experience. Ralph, who assisted in backing me into the shop, taking & verifying measurements. Steve who ran the loader outside was totally on point & patient. Finally to top it off, after my border paper got mixed up in other papers; the manager drove to the rest area this evening to drop them off.
