My wife and I purchased 15 machines not too long ago. I can honestly say that dealing with Travis made the experience of starting a new business much easier. He is a person of integrity and was always there to take our phone calls when needed. We have even done dinner together on more than one occasion! The locations we were given have been phenomenal. While doing a startup is never easy, Travis and the team were there to walk us through our many questions and challenges. Our business is thriving and we are very glad that we did this!

Cypress Vending is a very supportive and friendly place. Travis and Brad were very keen to teach me about the products they offer and gave advice on how to best approach the vending business. I bought 3 machines, expecting locations to come with them. But guess what? The machines gathered dust for three months before I finally got a lousy location. I forked out $500 for each location hunt, plus they were to give the client $250 of the $500. And what do I get? These locations were no good for business. Plus, there are cheaper machines out there. I ended up losing money on these machines, and now I'm staring down the barrel of bankruptcy. I thought dealing with a Canadian business would be safe, but turns out these guys are just scamming arteries!
