Klo Lab did an amazing job for a custom plexiglass piece. I brought a very rough sketch of what I was looking for, and they worked with me to make it into something awesome - and they did it fast and on time. Extremely easy to work with, quality and fit/finish of the piece was perfect, and went far beyond my expectations. I wish I had more plexiglass projects!

Addel & team turned around my custom plexi-glass window panel for an AC unit in under a week. They even adjusted the panel for free due to my poor measuring skills. The service was incredible, and the quality speaks for itself. The custom-cut AC mount fits the adapter head perfectly and the whole set-up fits flawlessly. Can't recommend them enough.

I reached out to the Designers at Klo Lab regarding four Open House signs, during the design process they were responsive and helpful. I even had to make a last minute change to the signs which they accommodated for an extra cost of $200. However when I received the signs one had a very large scratch on it, I sent them a video following up immediately and did not hear back. Since owning and using the signs 8 times in the last six weeks the UV print has not held up. The words have scratched off and the ink has bled. The White Sintra material scratches very easily and I am just very disappointed with the quality. I have sent two follow up emails and have still not heard back, so felt as tho I should share my experience with lack of quality control.

I sent you an email the day they arrived with video proof of the scratches. I've attached that photo of the email below, with no response, and the month after another follow up with no response. Your signs have little quality, why argue with your customers when you could resolve the issue? They've deteriorated so much from this point I need to get them repaired, after spending $2500 for use for a little over two months, you should be offering to help not arguing my use

They also have excellent craftsmanship ( make sure you provide detailed dimensions). The AC panel is ideal for casement windows; simple and effective solution compares to those window vents/seal you get from Amazon, which is a mess.
Running a small business is not easy, and they deserve more exposure.

THIS IS A CHEAPER, EASIER OPTION THAN DIY!
The panels fit perfectly with both the windows and the AC unit, and create a tighter seal than I have built myself.
It was a great, easy experience to get the panels, and the team were able to expedite my order and allowed me to pick up after hours, ensuring I had my AC in place before a heat wave hit. Very grateful!

Tip - use acrylic/nano tape, it keeps a perfect seal along the edge without leaving any glue residue.
