Was looking for a new set of handlebars for my bike and had a style in mind I was looking for when I first called. The lady I spoke to first was not familiar with the style I was looking for but I gave her the info, size and the name of some similar to what I was looking for that they didn't carry and she said that she would look into it and get back to me. She passed the info onto the owner who was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for, helped me find the bars I was looking for and even ordered in two different sets of differnt sizes without any deposit or anything so I could decide what I wanted and he would have both there. Dealt with everything over the phone and after a few times of playing phone tag due to my work schedule was able to pay for and arranged pickup for the bars.

Would highly recommend this store and their store in Courtenay as well. Unfortunately I can't remember the names of everyone I dealt with but the manager Zoe and owner Dave were great to deal with and will definitely be getting my business in the future.

Customer service here is unlike any other!
Every staff member was extremely helpful and came off as “a friend” rather than an employee.
The owners are extremely kind and helpful and truly show what weavers is all about!

Awesome place, the staff is very friendly and wants to help you. It's that kind store where they go above and beyond for the customer. Some clients even put their Harley's on display in the store!

I shopped at the Langford location Saturday last and was impressed with the stock. They carry an awesome inventory of very high quality items. The staff is welcoming and friendly. This is the kind of place you can go to and relax while you look around and chat with the staff. They are great!

I went into the store on the off chance they could do something to fix the snaps on the bottom of my leather chaps (HD chaps, not bought at Weavers). The snaps were all loose and falling off but difficult to access due to the way they were put on. The manager (forget her name but lovely lady), took the time while I was there to replace all the loose/damaged snaps and the cost was very reasonable. While waiting, the other employee was very informative about the offerings of the store, without being pushing or overselling. They have an amazing selection of all things motorcycle! Great place, I will definitely be providing return business and recommend this store to anyone looking for gear or repairs.

Zoe!!! I'd go there again for zoe. They're just so sweet and wonderful to talk to. I didn't feel judged like I have felt at two other motorcycle gear stores in victoria for being a woman and that too one of colour; being looked at differently than other customers, talked to differently... But zoe, the store manager, was amazing over the phone and in person! 💜
