I have written to Snowcrest Foods in the past to speak about the poor quality of their Organic Berry Blend product. I prefer to eat organic berries, but I will no longer be buying this product, due to their blatantly misrepresenting this item as "Only The Best" on the front of the package.

This product is so far from being the best, it is hard to find the words to express it. I have already done so in the past, and my words have had zero effect. Snowcrest Foods -- including its berry pickers, its purchasing agents, its quality control staff and its management -- have so little idea of what an actual blackberry is, that it is almost laughable. Fully one third or more of the blackberries in almost every package of Organic Berry Blend are either red, hard, small and sour, or some combination of the above. And too many of the strawberries have those hard small nodules that make them inedible as well. This company is 'cutting corners' at every level, and I have finally had enough: I will not buy them again.

Snowcrest Foods seems totally unaware that a blackberry needs to be black and ripe in order to be labeled "Only The Best" -- in fact, in order to be edible. I can't say this strongly enough: the neglect of basic product knowledge (or perhaps intentional low standards and laziness) seems fairly advanced within a company that specializes in berries and fruit, yet has no knowledge of how to deliver even the basics: as in "actual black blackberries." Hard to figure why a company would 'shoot themselves in the foot' by putting out such low quality, but that's what they are doing.

Hi Snowcrest folks, I thought I sould send a message through the Google Reviews just to compliment you on the no waste fruit. The berries are so fresh and sweet and delicious. I mean they're frozen but they taste like they were frozen really really fresh and they taste awesome and I just wanted to say thank-you so much for making an affordable delicious frozen from fresh option. I love frozen Strawberries as a snack and bitting into a rotten frozen strawberry is pretty awful! You're the first brand of frozen strawberry I've had that happen, twice in the same Costco bag...
