Our business has been working alongside Brand Central for the better part of the year and we have had a great experience throughout this time. Katie and Rae were incredibly receptive to adjustments/changes we were looking to see made and communicated kindly to us. Melanie, however, did not convey the same professionalism as the rest of the team. Melanie made numerous backhanded and passive-aggressive comments throughout our experience, even going so far as to cut off a formal comment regarding our order. We hope to see a change in attitude as this is no way to treat clients.

My girlfriend and I designed logos to make shirts for a concert and we were blown away by the execution at Brand Central. They did an amazing job on the shirts with perfect details. Staff were also super friendly. Highly recommend

Disappointed twice. - Communication with clients is not their priority, and it deserves a heads up for anyone looking to work with them

I have had 2 batches of work clothes / hats printed with logos. 2 years apart.

And on both occasions there was a commitment to have the clothes ready by a particular date. I show up on that date and the clothes aren't ready - and won't be for 3 more weeks.

Late is frustrating but sometimes (or most times) happens. What was totally missing was a phone call from Brand Central to let us know they were behind schedule so I didn't have to show up anticipating our gear and then leave empty handed with no explanation for my team.

And while I don't think it was intentional - the worst part was that the logos didn't get put in the spot we had discussed on our mock ups - and are put in an oddly-high space in the left breast. I can't un-order the Patagonia sweaters and try over again... so that felt like a real let down after waiting far too long in the first place.

All that to say, they have lost my confidence and I don't feel like I can rely on them. So we will be going elsewhere in the future.
