The best shop around. Have brought our fleet here on multiple occasions and will avoid going anywhere else. They take such pride in their work, and their customer service is second to none.

Alexis is our primary point of contact for service work, and she is incredibly attentive to detail and communicates everything quickly and concisely as to not interrupt the work or cause delay, and we couldn’t be more appreciative.

While they can’t do all service work as some things must go to Kenworth, their list is quite extensive. It’s comforting to know our Cummins engines are being handled by Cummins themselves.

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Our experience every-time has been nothing but perfect. Thank you Cummins!

So had work done in Kamloops bc and when I left the shop all was good but then I had issues and called them back very quickly they got me to come back in. They bent over backwards to get the job done correctly. This is a great place and the staff are so helpful I would go back again if you need work on anything Cummins go to them. Thank you guys. Over many years travelling in our Motorhome we have needed mechanical help! In every instance we looked to Cummins in Kamloops for help. We were never disappointed they looked after us like family. While stuck in Kamloops using their courtesy power over the weekend we lost power. I contacted them on their day off(39 degrees that day) they got someone down there and restored the power. Always friendly and accommodating.Thanks again for treating us so well and saving our holiday!

Took our motorhome in to get the Cummins Onan 4500 generator looked at because It wouldn’t start. The same dealership replaced the carburetor in that generator in 2021. Since the new carburetor was installed we have aprox .5hrs run time. After 1.5hrs of diagnosis and $320 later, they diagnosed that the carburetor jets were clogged with debris and we would need to replace the carburetor again for $1500. Not wanting to spend another $1500 on the carburetor, which I would consider to be basically brand new still, I paid the $320 for the diagnosis and drove away. As I don’t claim to be a mechanic, I do have a bit of mechanical knowledge and was pretty sure that a carburetor could be taken apart and cleaned. After a quick Google search I discovered that this was a very common problem and with a couple of wrenches and a screwdriver could easily be fixed. After 15 minutes in the driveway I had the generator running. Obviously frustrated that I spent $320 on something that I fixed myself in the driveway in 15 minutes, I returned to the dealership to have a conversation. I was informed that they were not authorized to do a repair because they could not offer any warranty and therefore had to replace the carburetor with a brand new one, as per company guidelines.

If you experience this issue, I would encourage you to review Google and try to fix it yourself or call a mechanically inclined friend first. It might cost you case a beer vs $$$.

Going in tomorrow for a noise on my engine.... we'll see how it goes... they have RV spots with electricity but nobody offered me to park there .... They also insisted on me finding the serial number of my 2005 engine before arriving tomorrow...let me tell you, that wasn't easy to find on a 2005 ... you would think that their computer / ODB would show it, right... I'll keep you posted..

Excellent place to stop with your live-aboard diesel pusher RV for a service. They took excellent care of our home. They are well set up with a comfortable lounge (TV, espresso and vending machines and Wi-Fi), washrooms and overnight parking with power.
